As per our company policy our stores do not offer refunds on instore purchases. We are however happy to offer an exchange or gift vouchers on items returned with proof of purchase, within 21 days of the purchased date. Items can be returned to any of our stores, once they are unworn and in their original condition/packaging. Should the item purchased be a sale item, we are also happy to offer an exchange or gift voucher. This does not affect your statutory rights.
