Free Delivery on orders over €50:
For Republic of Ireland customers, orders under €50 will be charged at a cost of €5.00 per order for delivery. For Northern Ireland customers, orders under €50 will be charged at a cost of €7.50 per order for delivery. We are currently unable to deliver to the U.K.
While Paul Byron endeavors to provide the most cost-effective delivery charges, delivery costs charged at checkout are subject to change and in some circumstances you may be requested to provide additional delivery costs after checkout for heavy weight or multi-packed products.
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. This is usually within 1-2 working days of an order being placed, but during busy periods it may take up to 8-10 working days. Once goods have been dispatched you will receive a notification by email and you can expect to receive your goods within 1-2 days working day in Ireland. Paul Byron will not be held responsible for any delays incurred due to adverse weather conditions.
Delivery is by AN POST. It will be delivered during working hours and MUST be signed for so please provide a valid delivery address.
Order Status:
When you complete an order you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order ID.
What the status of your order means:
Processing = Your order is being processed by our warehouse and should be due for dispatch soon.
Completed = Your order has been dispatched with our courier and is on its way to you.
