Experienced Part Time Sales Advisor - Roscommon

Description

Paul Byron have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our fantastic team in our Roscommon Stonecourt store in Roscommon Town.
We are looking for someone driven, positive and ambitious to drive sales and provide excellence in customer service, while being a brand ambassador and key member of the store team.

Retail Store Manager - Wexford

Description                                                                                      

We currently have a vacancy for a Retail Store Manager in our Gorey Store, Co. Wexford.

This role is suited to a candidate who has experience in overseeing a team in a fast paced, customer-facing environment.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be the driving force across the store, building strong relationships with staff and customers and ensuring overall store operations are in line with the Company Plan.

This role will be a Full Time Contract and will require flexibility with working weekdays and weekends.

A competitive salary is on offer for the right candidate. Previous footwear experience is an advantage.

Warehouse Operations Manager for Website - Roscommon

Description                                                                                      

Paul Byron, Ireland’s leading independent footwear retailer, currently has an exciting opportunity for an Operation Manager to join their expanding E-commerce team.

Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, you will be pivotal in ensuring the continued growth of our online business with the responsibility of running the day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce team which includes the customer service function.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Website order fulfillment
  • Stock management
  • Customer Service
  • Implementing new processes and systems

This is a warehouse-based role and therefore we are looking for candidates who have experience in working within a warehouse environment and can lead a successful team. There is a requirement to be on-premises to manage certain elements of the business operations

Your daily objectives will include, ensuring that all orders are dispatched within agreed targets, stock management procedures are followed, customer service queries are dealt with quickly and in a professional manner, productivity targets are achieved and all processes are kept running smoothly, promptly, and efficiently.

What we are looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management role within a warehouse environment.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in office management/ customer service with 1-2 years experience at supervisory level managing a small team.
  • Previous experience working in an online business is preferable but not essential.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Systematic with a focus on process improvement and change management.
  • Analytical in approach and systematic way of working
  • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
  • Strong communication both verbal and written
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing process improvement
  • Proven experience in driving team performance to ensure the achievement of KPIs
