Digital Marketing Executive

Paul Byron Shoes, the leading Irish Footwear Retailer, are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to create and manage online campaigns across their social media platforms , paid search and customer facing digital channels.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a real passion for fashion and a deep understanding of how to engage with customers through digital channels. This is a growing part of our business that will offer opportunities to develop within the role and progress through our expanding online team.
You will be responsible for driving sales through customer engagement and content delivery.

Role:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Take ownership of paid media channels including PPC, Google shopping etc.
• Uploading and merchandising production on Instagram and Facebook
• Responsible for day-to-day social media account management; proactively posting daily content, replying to comments and engaging with both individuals and network to build an engaged following.
• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships online - act as primary point of contact for online customers, answering phone and email enquiries
• Develop new ideas and initiatives to help grow the social fan base across all platforms.
• Ability to work within budget, cost focused and margin driven.
• Creating exciting digital content to drive sales and build the PBS brand online.
• Manage pay per click accounts.
• Analyse marketing and sales data to develop strategies to drive customer traffic to the website.
• Create regular and accurate reports through Google Analytics
• SEO optimised content creation
• Maintaining an up to date knowledge of fashion trends and the footwear industry.

Ideal Candidate:
• 1 year + previous marketing experience 
• Experience creating and managing SEO, paid search and email marketing (Mail Chimp)
• Proven ability to effectively produce and distribute content across multiple channels.
• Experience in creating content that will engage social audiences and inspire interaction.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in fashion.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Attention to detail is vital for this role.
• Self starter with drive and enthusiasm.
