Online Returns

On top of your legal rights above, we give you 30 days from the day your order is delivered to change your mind. This one is our own policy rather than a legal right, so the conditions are a little tighter: the shoes must be unworn, in their original box, with everything that came with them.

Returns are free when dropped to any of our stores. You can also return through Drop2Shop for a convenient, label free option. Prefer to use An Post? No problem, the return cost is deducted from your refund. If you choose another courier, return costs are at your own expense.

FREE in-store - Bring the item to any Paul Byron store with its original box and your web order number. Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be completed.

FREE return to electronic gift card - Choose an electronic gift card as your refund method and the return is free, whichever way you send it back. Just tell us when you start your return. If Drop2Shop is your preferred return method you can locate your nearest drop2shop point on their website

Drop2Shop, €3.95. Label free. Drop it at your nearest Drop2Shop point. The €3.95 is deducted from your refund. Refunds take 7 to 10 working days.

An Post, €4.95 or €5.95. €4.95 at any Post Office, or €5.95 if you'd like it collected from your home. Deducted from your refund. Refunds take 7 to 10 working days.

Rather not pay? Returns are free in any of our stores, or free with any method if you take your refund as an electronic gift card.

If you need to exchange your shoes, please get in touch with our Customer Service team and share your order details, along with the size or style you’d like to exchange them for.

Contacting us in advance gives us the best chance to check availability and place the replacement pair on hold for you while your exchange is being arranged.

If something arrives faulty, or develops a fault, email us at support@paulbyronshoes.ie with your order details and a clear photo of the problem. The sooner you tell us the sooner we can sort it, and a photo usually means we can resolve it without a second email.

A faulty item is not a change-of-mind return. You don't pay the postage and none of the time limits above apply.

Wrong item, wrong size, something missing from the box? Email us at support@paulbyronshoes.ie and we'll fix it at our cost. You won't pay postage and you won't wait in a queue behind normal returns.

We aim for a five star experience every time. If any part of yours fell short, tell us and we'll put it right.

Separate from our returns policy, Irish and EU consumer law gives you a statutory right to cancel an online order without giving any reason. This is sometimes called the cooling-off period.

You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominated) physically receive your order.

To use this right, tell us clearly that you want to withdraw. You can use the button below, email support@paulbyronshoes.ie, or call us on 090 662 7270. Any clear statement counts, you don't have to use our form.

Once you've told us, send the shoes back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us.

You're entitled to examine them the way you would in one of our shops. Try them on indoors, on carpet, walk around the house. What you can't do is wear them outside, because you're responsible for any drop in value caused by handling them beyond what's needed to check the fit. Scuffed soles are the giveaway.

P.S. Online order cancellations cannot be processed in-store. Please do not return or leave the shoes at any of our stores.
