Holiday Returns Policy – Enjoy Extra Flexibility!
Online Orders: Items purchased online from 18th November 2024, can be returned for a full refund, provided they are unworn, in pristine condition, and in their original packaging. Returns must be made by 10th January 2025.
In-Store Purchases: Items bought in-store from 18th November 2024, are eligible for a credit note or exchange if they are unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging by 10th January 2025.
Online Returns Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or no longer want any of your items, you may return them to us, in accordance with our returns policy, up to 21 Days after purchase for a refund or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected. All shoes returned must be UNWORN and REPACKED in the original packaging with any labels still attached. Shoes must not be damaged or worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole (It is advisable to try on shoes on a carpeted area to avoid any damage to the sole). REFUNDS:
When you are preparing to return your shoes, please include the dispatch note from your email along with the name on your order, order ID, and the date of return inside the shoe box. This dispatch note is a printed document received via email upon placing your order.
An Post Returns:
Click on the link https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns to be redirected to An Post's Click & Post service. The charge of €4.95 for drop-off & €6.00 for home collection is payable to An Post. Click on the "Retailer box" and select "Paul Byron" from the dropdown box. Select your reason for returning this item followed by your order number. Select "Proceed to checkout". Fill in your details on this page, click "confirm terms & conditions" then proceed to payment. You will be provided with a unique code which you can bring to your local post office where they will print the return label for you. If you opted for the collection option there is no need to do anything as the An Post driver will be able supply this for you on collection.
DPD:
We have teamed up with DPD couriers, who have a network of 600 parcel shops throughout Ireland, to offer you a discounted rate. These shops are called “Pickup Points” and are located at shops and forecourts near you. Just visit DPD RETURNS to start the returns process and find your local Pickup Point. Affix the returns label to the parcel which you have printed off from the DPD returns process and drop it off at your preferred Pickup Point. You will have full tracking via DPD of your returns throughout its journey back to us.
In-Store:
Please note that our stores cannot issue a refund for items purchased online. Stores can accept items in for refunding and return them to the Online Store for you but please allow up to two weeks for the process to be completed. Alternatively, you may return items to our head office directly for a quicker refund service. This must be done at the customers own expense. All refunds must be returned to: Paul Byron Shoes, Roscommon Business Park, Golf Links Road, Roscommon Town. F42 XV09. Shoes may only be exchanged in any of our stores as long as they meet the required resale standard.
Faulty Items:
If a product is defective or faulty in any way, please contact us immediately at support@paulbyronshoes.ie Any damages or faults must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellations:
We can cancel an order on your behalf up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). To cancel an order you must contact our office on +353 9066 27270 during office hours or email support@paulbyronshoes.ie and quote your order ID which you will find on your confirmation email.
