Online Returns

We hope you love your purchase from Paul Byron, but if you change your mind, that’s no problem. You can return items within 30 days of order date for online orders. Returns are free when dropped to any of our stores. You can also return through Drop2Shop for a convenient, label free option. Prefer to use An Post? no problem - the return cost will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to use another courier, return costs will be at your own expense. If your return is outside of the 30 days please contact support@paulbyronshoes.ie to talk through your options.

FREE in-store - You can return any online order to any of our Paul Byron stores. Simply bring your item in it's original box along with your WEB order number, and our in-store team will send it back to our online store free of charge for processing. Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be completed

FREE return to electronic gift card - Return your order for free when you choose an electronic gift card as your refund method. Simply click on your preferred return logo and follow the steps to create your return. If Drop2Shop is your preferred return method you can locate your nearest drop2shop point on their website

A return via Drop2Shop costs €3.95, which will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for your refund to be completed.

If you prefer to return your items with An Post, it's simple and convenient. Just click the An Post logo and follow the steps to book your return — it only takes a minute. Print your label at home or in-store, then drop your parcel at any An Post location. A return via An Post costs €4.95 when returned to any Post Office, home collection costs €5.95, which will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for your refund to be completed.

Need to exchange an item? It’s quick and easy! You can visit any of our stores to process your exchange free of charge.

Alternatively, you can send your item back to our Online Store using Drop2Shop - which is quick and hassle-free. Just click the Drop2Shop logo and follow the simple steps to book your return — it only takes a minute and there's no need for a label. If you receive a faulty or defective item, please email us at support@paulbyronshoes.ie within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include a clear photo of the issue along with your order details so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
