Returns 

We hope you love you order from Paul Byrons, but if you are unhappy for any reason we are happy for you to return any products within 21 days of item being delivered. Return costs using a courier are at your own expense, however we do offer free returns through any of our stores. This does not affect your statuory rights. Full terms and conditions can be found on our terms and conditions page.

• Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box, securely placed inside a bag, with all labels still attached
• Shoes should not be damaged, worn outside,or show scuff marks on the soles. (we recommend trying them on a carpeted surface to avoid damage)
• Include your order web number e.g.WEB123456, and a brief note if you would like refund or exchange

Returns Options 

To return an item using An Post’s Click & Post service, follow these simple steps:

1. Visit https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns
2. Choose the "Retailer" option and select Paul Byron from the dropdown menu
3. Enter your reason for the return and your order number, then click Proceed to Checkout
4. Fill in your details, accept the terms and conditions, and complete your return.
   
5. You’ll receive a unique code:

• For drop-off, bring this code to your local post office, and they’ll print your return label.
• For home collection, the An Post driver will bring the label when they collect your parcel.

In-Store:

You can drop off items at any of our stores, and they will send them to our Online Store for processing. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to be completed.

Faulty Items:

If you receive a defective or faulty product, please contact us immediately at support@paulbyronshoes.ie. Make sure to report any issues within 24 hours of delivery. For our store returns policy, please reach out to your local store.

Cancellations: 

You can cancel your order anytime before it’s dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return the items for a refund (delivery costs are not refunded). To cancel, contact us at +353 9066 27270 (Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm) or email support@paulbyronshoes.ie. Please include your order number (e.g.WEB123456 from your confirmation email).
