Order FAQs

What happens once I place an online order?

Once you place an order on paulbyronshoes.com, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

Please keep this email for reference in case you need to contact us regarding your order.


I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

On the odd occasion, confirmation emails may fail to send due to issues such as:

  • A typo in the email address entered at checkout
  • Connection issues during payment
  • Refreshing the payment page before the transaction was completed

If you believe there has been an issue with your online order or payment, please contact us and we will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


How reliable is product availability?

Product availability is updated regularly on our website. However, if there is an issue with stock availability after your order is placed, we will contact you to discuss the available options and confirm how you would like to proceed.

How long does delivery usually take?

We aim to provide delivery within 2–3 days.

Delivery times may vary during busy periods, including sale periods, bank holidays and seasonal peaks.

Returns FAQs

Does Paul Byron cover return postage costs?

No. Returns can be actioned using the returns portal on paulbyronshoes.ie or returned via store.

The store will return the item on your behalf for free.

What happens after I return my shoes?

By Post

Once your returned shoes arrive, we will inspect them to ensure they are unworn and suitable for resale. We will then email you to confirm:

  • Your refund has been processed, or
  • An alternative pair has been arranged.

In Store

If you return your shoes in-store, our staff will inspect them immediately to confirm they are suitable for resale. We will then:

  • Return your shoes to our refund department on your behalf
  • Arrange an exchange.

What payment methods are accepted online?

Paul Byron Shoes accepts the following online payment methods:

  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Debit Cards
  • PayPal
  • Paul Byron Gift Cards

Can I stack multiple discount codes?

No. Discount codes and promotional codes cannot be combined or stacked.

Only one valid discount or promotional code can be used per order.

Gift Cards & Vouchers FAQs

Find information about using Paul Byron Gift Cards, online vouchers and credit notes.


Do you accept gift vouchers?

At present, we only accept Paul Byron Gift Cards online and in-store.


Where do I enter my voucher code or gift card?

At checkout, you will see a pink box labelled:

“If you have a promotion or voucher code, please enter it below.”

Enter your code and click Apply Code. If the code is valid, the discount or value will automatically be deducted from your order total.


Can I use Paul Byron gift cards or credit notes online?

Gift cards can be used both online and in-store.

Credit notes can currently only be used in-store.


Do you accept One4all vouchers at Paul Byron?

No, we no longer accept One4all vouchers in-store or online. At present, we only accept Paul Byron Gift Cards online and in-store.


Stock & Product FAQs

Find information about stock availability, product images, restocks, pre-orders and incorrect items.


The shoes I want are out of stock. Will they be restocked?

We do place repeat orders during the season; however, restocks are handled on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.

We recommend signing up for an “Email me when back in stock” notification:

  1. Select your preferred size.
  2. If the size is unavailable, you will be prompted to enter your email address.
  3. If the item is restocked, you will receive an email notification.

Can I pre-order products?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer pre-orders.


The product I received looks different from the website images. What should I do?

We strive to ensure all product images are as accurate as possible. However, colours and shades may vary slightly depending on your screen or monitor settings.

If you are unhappy with the product you received, please contact our customer service team:

We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.


What happens if I receive the wrong product?

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact:

support@paulbyronshoes.ie

Once we receive the returned item, we will:

  • Despatch the correct product.
