Christmas Delivery & Returns Information
We NOW offer FREE Delivery for ALL orders over €50! Order by Dec 18th for Guaranteed Christmas Dispatch. Orders will be dispatched up until Monday 23rd December.
Our customer care office and warehouse, shall both be closed from 1pm, Monday 23rd December until 9am Monday 30th December. While our website remains live,all orders placed during this period shall only be processed upon our return.
For all orders under €50, delivery within the Republic of Ireland costs €5.00 per order and €7.50 per order to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Currently we do not deliver outside of Ireland and mainland UK.
While Paul Byron Shoes endeavors to provide the most cost effective delivery charges, delivery costs charged at checkout are subject to change and in some circumstances you may be requested to provide additional delivery costs after checkout for heavy weight or multi packed products.
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, this is usually within a few working days of an order being placed, but during busy SALE periods it may take up to 10 working days. (If an item is unavailable it will be cancelled and refunded) Once goods have been dispatched you will receive a notification by email and you can expect to receive your goods the next working day in Ireland, or within 5 working days for orders going to the United Kingdom. Paul Byron Shoes will not be held responsible for any delays incurred due to adverse weather conditions.
Delivery is by courier - DPD. It will be delivered during working hours and MUST be signed for so please provide a valid delivery address.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or no longer want any of your items, you may return them to us, in accordance with our returns policy, within 21 days for a refund or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected. All shoes returned must be UNWORN and REPACKED in the original box with any labels still attached. Shoes must not be damaged or worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole. (It is advisable to try on shoes on a carpeted area to avoid any damage to the sole).
PLEASE NOTE: If you need to return an item bought as part of a multi-buy promotion (e.g. Buy One Get One Half Price, etc.) you will forfeit any saving and/or benefit made based on the initial multi-buy offer.
REFUNDS: Please fill in the reason for returning the item, your Order ID, date and name on the form which accompanies your order. Please remember to enclose this completed form and your receipt. You should retain your invoice.
DPD - We have teamed up with DPD couriers, who have a network of 600 parcel shops throughout Ireland, to offer you a discounted rate. These shops are called “Pickup points” and are located at shops and forecourts near you. Just visit DPD RETURNS to start the returns process and find your local Pickup point. Affix the returns label to the parcel which you have printed off from the DPD returns process and drop it off at your preferred Pickup point. You’ll have full tracking via DPD of your returns throughout its journey back to us.
IN STORE - Items can be returned to any of our 22 stores where they will send the shoes back to our Head Office for you but please note that as we do not have a collection from every store every week this may result in a delay with your refund being processed. (Please note that our stores cannot issue a refund – they can ONLY offer an exchange or gift voucher. Items must be returned to our Head Office for a refund)
POST - Alternatively you can return the shoes to us by post using the pre-printed address label below. The return postage charge must be paid by you. Please retain proof of postage as Paul Byron Shoes will not be responsible for goods lost in the post.
FAULTY: If a product is defective or faulty in any way, please contact us immediately and we will organise a replacement to be sent to you or for our courier to collect the item from you. Any breakages, damages or faults must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

We can cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). To cancel an order you must contact our office on +353 9066 27270 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order ID which you will find on your confirmation email.
When you complete an order you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order ID.
What the status of your order means:
Processing = Your order is being processed by our warehouse and should be due for dispatch soon.
Completed = Your order has been dispatched with our courier and is on it's way to you.
