No Hassle 14 day returns policy
Should you wish to return an item, goods must be received back to Paul Byron Shoes within 14 days with the returns sheet provided.
Returning Goods
They must be returned with the returns sheet provided and a full refund will be issued less the costs of delivery once the goods are unworn and in their original packaging.
Goods returned for an exchange or refund must be fit for resale.
Goods deemed unfit for resale will not be eligible for an exchange or refund and remain the property and responsibility of the customer. Please note: costs incurred for returning the item will not be reimbursed to you.
There will be a 10% restocking charge applied to all shoes returned after 14 days.
Should the goods be faulty you can return them to us with the returns sheet provided and once we have verified the faulty item warrants replacement we will dispatch the replacement item. Under no circumstances will an item be replaced until goods have been received back to Paul Byron Shoes.
Beads, Diamantes, and decorations are for decorative purploses only. They are not guaranteed by Paul Byron Shoes
Costs incurred by customers while returning items deemed to be faulty to Paul Byron Shoes will not be reimbursed.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Under no circumstances shall an item be returned to Paul Byron Shoes without prior agreement and all items to be returned must be accompanied by a returns sheet issued to you on purchase by Paul Byron Shoes.
2. All items purchased via the website can be returned to our stores, or through our website. Goods bought online will only be refunded back to the card that was used for purchase. Faulty goods can only be returned online
3. Refunds cannot be given in stores, it will be processed through our website.
4. Any items to be returned to Paul Byron Shoes remain the property of the customer until a full returns inspection and verification has been carried out. After which Paul Byron Shoes reserves the right to refuse the returned item(s).
Where a refund has been authorised due to unavailability of goods or return of faulty goods, please allow up to 21 working days for funds to appear in your account. Paul Byron Shoes will issue refunds within 48 hours of authorisation for same and Paul Byron Shoes will not be held responsible for any delays with funds being credited to your account as this is the responsibility of your issuing Bank.
